Jesus cares for our hearts, our whole hearts, our broken hearts, and everything in between. You do not have to lean on yourself on your hardest days, nor do you have to mend your own heart.

I was devastated. I cried to God saying, “You didn’t honour her faith. You gave me false hope that she would be healed.” I had every reason to stop believing in Christ.

Do you know Christ or do you know about Christ? Though initially both sounded similar, I slowly started to realize the stark difference.

The Lord who has promised to care for widows and orphans, was faithful to His promise in His Word.

Jesus is real. His arms are wide open and it doesn’t matter who you are and in what mess you are entangled. I’m here to tell you that He is right there and His arms are as wide open to embrace you just as you are.

My mother held on to her faith in the living God, Christ Jesus. She never gave up praying to the One who hears our heart’s cry. She chose to seek the Creator and Lord of life.

If there's just one thing that I have found to be true and time tested, it is that Jesus is real. He is my father and mother and friend. He is my all in all.

One morning, my mother complained of chest pain, and by that evening, she had passed away from a massive heart attack. She had never been sick before, and her sudden death when I was 17 rocked my world. With my father’s health issues, I feared becoming an orphan.
